Each service or subscription tier is described on our website and in your service agreement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use our services.
By engaging our services, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that any information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Accounts and Access
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Notify us immediately at info@unifiedodyssey.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. Payments and Billing
5.1 Subscriptions
Most Unified Odyssey services operate on a subscription basis billed through Stripe.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled according to Section 5.3.
5.2 Billing Authorization
By submitting payment information, you authorize us (and our payment processor, Stripe) to charge applicable fees to your chosen payment method.
5.3 Cancellations
You may cancel at any time by:
Logging into the Stripe Customer Portal, or
Contacting us at billing@unifiedodyssey.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement.
5.4 Failed Payments
If a payment fails, you will be notified by Stripe. We may suspend access to services until the balance is paid.
6. Service Agreements and Deliverables
Some projects require a separate written agreement or proposal (via PandaDoc) outlining scope, timelines, and deliverables.
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your signed service agreement, the signed agreement will control.
7. Intellectual Property
All materials created by Unified Odyssey—including designs, templates, documentation, and processes—remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing.
Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use deliverables solely for their internal business purposes.
8. Client Content
You retain ownership of any content, images, or materials you provide to us.
By submitting content, you grant Unified Odyssey a limited license to use it solely for providing contracted services.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep proprietary or sensitive information confidential and to use it only for purposes of performing the services.
10. Warranties and Disclaimers
Unified Odyssey provides services “as is” and makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or performance improvements.
We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Unified Odyssey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Unified Odyssey in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our website or services if you violate these Terms or misuse our systems.
Upon termination, all outstanding balances become immediately due.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
14. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
